  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges
We only replace items if defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at {email} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift at purchase: you’ll receive a gift credit

  • If not marked as a gift: refund goes to the original purchaser
